Making a Purchase

Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping bag. After you have finished, click on "Checkout". You will be asked for your details.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro, Visa Debit and American Express. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, or post. Our contact numbers and postal address are above.

Shipping and Handling

moloh will charge a set amount on each order, irrespective of the number of items ordered.

In the United Kingdom the delivery charge for orders up to the value of £194 (inclusive of VAT) is £6.00 per order, orders of £194 (inclusive of VAT) or over have a delivery charge of £11.00 (express 24hr add £15.00).

European countries will be charged £25.00 delivery per order. All countries outside of Europe please contact us for a prompt quote.

This will be calculated during the checkout process and will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.

Delivery Schedule

Your order will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order.

Tax Charges

For UK orders 17.5% VAT is included in the prices shown. All other orders are VAT free and VAT will be deducted from your shopping cart when you enter your shipping address. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed using the latest 128 bit encryption. They are not held on any web site.

Guarantee

Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colours are a good representation, there will be slight variations due to browser settings.

Returns Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your order you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Please retain proof of purchase. We regret we do not offer free postage on exchanged or returned items. However, we will refund your postage where goods are found to be faulty. Sadly, we can not offer a refund on sale items, however we can offer an exchange or a credit note.
